Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Supervised daily construction activities to ensure work was completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Managed site operations, including workforce, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
Conducted site inspections and ensured compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
Prepared and verified quantity take-offs, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and material estimates.
Monitored construction progress and prepared daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinated with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.
Checked reinforcement, formwork, concrete casting, brickwork, and finishing works before execution.
Ensured proper implementation of structural and architectural drawings on site.
Measured completed work for contractor billing and maintained accurate site documentation.
Enforced health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout the project.
Plan and design layouts for buildings, roads, drainage, and utility systems within the factory premises.
Prepare budgets, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and cost analyses for civil projects.
