• A proven closer — someone with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills; comfortable initiating conversations with strangers.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling ability.
• Self-motivated and disciplined — can work independently in the field without supervision.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and mobile apps.
• Accuracy in daily reporting and pipeline management.
• Resilient, fast-paced, and competitive mindset.

• Discover potential sellers by field visits, phone calls, and local outreach.

• Explain the benefits of selling on Bikroy and convince business owners to become paying sellers.

• Manage everything from the first meeting to finalising the contract and collecting the initial payment.

• Register new seller accounts, teach them how to use the platform, and input their details into our CRM system.

• Keep daily activity logs, sales pipelines, and records updated in the CRM.

• Work with internal teams to fix any signup or account setup problems quickly for a smooth customer experience.

• Identify new business areas or industries with high growth potential and share ideas with the team.
