Responsibilities & Context:
Make inbound and outbound calls and write professional emails to promote and sell our services, providing detailed information and offers with clear communication.
Maintain effective relationships with the Product Team and Customers.
Conduct direct marketing activities targeting corporate houses and public/private institutions.
Ensure accurate maintenance of customer information in the database.
Visit corporate clients Three day per week for business development and relationship management.
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues to clients.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Be responsible, loyal, proactive, and result-oriented
