• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Eng & Production

• Fresher or maximum 1 year of experience in planning roles in manufacturing and/or consumer goods such as apparel, footwear or equipment.

• Collect, analyze, and maintain planning data and reports to support effective demand planning and business decision-making.

• Monitor Demand vs. Receiving Accuracy (DRA) and planning performance to identify variances and support corrective actions.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand and business objectives.

• Collect and analyze production reports and material planning information to support demand and supply planning activities.

• Monitor inventory levels and forward cover to support compliance with company inventory norms.

• Compile and communicate order quantities, pipeline status, and planning updates to relevant stakeholders for effective coordination.

• Identify planning exceptions, supply constraints, and potential risks, escalating issues to support timely resolution.

• Analyze customer demand patterns, product variety, and supply limitations to support adjustments in planning activities.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely availability of planning information within ERP systems and reporting tools.

• Maintain planning documentation and adhere to established planning processes to support operational efficiency and consistency.
