Responsibilities & Context:

The Demand Planning Director leads the country Demand Planning function, owning the demand planning capability, governance and performance across Demand Planning and Allocation & Replenishment. The role ensures one integrated demand plan that enables profitable growth, high product availability and inventory optimization while aligning local execution with global planning standards.

• Lead the country Demand Planning organization and develop team capability across Demand Planning and Allocation & Replenishment.

• Own the Demand Consensus and S&OP process, ensuring one aligned demand plan across Commercial Planning, Finance, Retail and Supply Chain.

• Drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy, bias, service level and inventory productivity.

• Partner with the Country Manager on business decisions and with the VP Demand Planning to deploy global standards, KPIs and planning tools.

• Lead planning governance, performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
