Responsibilities & Context:

• Ensure smooth daily store operations by maintaining opening hours, cleanliness, visual merchandising, security, and excellent customer service in line with company policies.

• Drive sales performance by achieving daily/weekly targets, managing stock effectively, promoting new and slow-moving merchandise, and initiating approved local promotions.

• Achieve 100% or more in Pairs/Turnover Sales as per the Company's Seasonal/Yearly Estimate for the Store.

• Maintain accurate stock, cash, and accounting records; ensure timely bank deposits, audit compliance, and submission of reports to Head Office.

• Constantly improve Store Managers' proficiency and motivation, and maintain a sound human relations climate.

• Lead, train, and supervise store staff through scheduling, performance monitoring, meetings, and adherence to company standards and instructions.

• Safeguard company assets by controlling inventory age, maintaining furniture and fixtures, handling customer claims, and ensuring proper receiving, dispatch, and transfer of merchandise.
