Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset and proficiency in SCM metrics and analytics.High level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate import operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and uninterrupted business operations.
Ensure smooth import operation of project close, FOC claiming & reorder-related operation.
Price setting & declaration for after-sales spare parts.
Sending & receiving sample products for R&D purposes.
Follow up on LC/TT payment; arrange shipment analyzing minimum freight cost, bank doc presentation; deal with C&F to do assessment with proper CPC, HS code, and duty; and cost imported items.
ORACLE, DMS, and database entry-related commercial tasks.
Make critical decisions regarding the shipment mode of raw materials, keeping freight cost in mind to keep the production process uninterrupted.
To claim replacement from suppliers regarding shortage and faulty items of raw materials, collecting proper evidence.
