We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Joint Chief Engineer (Instrument & DCS) for Bashundhara Chemical Industries Limited, Mirsharai, Chattogram

 Job Description:

1. Lead and develop the Instrumentation & Control team; align departmental plans with plant objectives, including manpower, budget, and resources.

2. Ensure reliability and maintenance of PLC, DCS, SCADA, field instruments, analyzers, and control systems.

3. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

4. Review and approve control philosophies, loop diagrams, and technical documentation.

5. Drive automation upgrades, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives; coordinate with EPCs, OEMs, and internal teams.

6. Oversee installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and system validation activities.

7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and effective implementation of interlocks, alarms, and safety systems.
