• 6–8 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing, cement, heavy industry, or process plant environment.

• Experience in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, shutdown planning, troubleshooting, and maintenance management systems will be preferred.

1. Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices across ARL by promoting environmental responsibility and fostering a culture of social and ethical awareness.

2. Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resources.

3. Receive and review maintenance work orders, including both preventive and corrective maintenance requirements.

4. Coordinate with the Store Department to ensure the timely availability and collection of required spare parts for maintenance activities.

5. Assign qualified and skilled personnel to maintenance tasks to ensure timely and effective completion of work.

6. Maintain Health Check Sheets in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate monitoring and documentation of machine conditions.

7. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all maintenance activities for effective tracking and future reference.

8. Participate in troubleshooting activities to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.

9. Monitor spare parts inventory and verify component quality to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted operations.

10. Control and optimize maintenance spare parts costs within the approved departmental budget.

11. Minimize equipment downtime by ensuring maintenance breakdowns are resolved within the targeted timeframe as per the maintenance plan.

12. Supervise, evaluate, and enhance the performance, productivity, and motivation of non-management employees through regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
