Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D architectural models, realistic renderings, and visual presentations for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

• Prepare interior and exterior 3D visualization based on architectural drawings and design concepts.

• Produce photorealistic images, walkthroughs, presentation views, and architectural animations when required.

• Work closely with architects and designers to understand design concepts and translate them into compelling visual outputs.

• Prepare and enhance presentation materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Develop material, lighting, texture, landscape, furniture, and environmental elements for realistic visualization.

• Revise and update 3D models and renderings based on design changes and client requirements.

• Prepare professional presentation boards, concept presentations, and project portfolios.

• Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency of all visualization outputs.
