Responsibilities & Context:

1. Business Development & Sales:

Develop and execute business development strategies, identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and professional communication.

3. Technical Solution & Proposal:

Understand client technical requirements and provide suitable engineering solutions; prepare technical proposals, quotations, BOQ, costing, presentations, and product demonstrations.

4. Project & Tender Coordination:

Handle tenders, negotiations, commercial discussions, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth execution from inquiry to order completion.

5. Market Development & Analysis:

Research market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and potential projects to identify new opportunities and develop effective market strategies.

6. Reporting & Business Growth:

Maintain sales pipelines, client and project records, and submit regular reports to management while developing long-term partnerships and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
