• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering/project software for electrical drawings, technical documentation, and project reporting.

• Sound knowledge of electrical codes, standards, safety requirements, and construction practices.

• Ability to coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Ability to identify technical issues, manage multiple priorities, and ensure timely project execution.

• Review and coordinate electrical designs, drawings, specifications, BOQs, load calculations, SLDs, equipment schedules, and technical submissions.

• Ensure electrical systems comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and statutory regulations.

• Oversee HT/LT power distribution, transformers, substations, generators, UPS, switchgear, MDB/SMDB/DB, busbar trunking, lighting, earthing, and lightning protection systems.

• Lead and supervise electrical installation works and ensure contractors execute works as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, installation quality, progress, and compliance with approved designs and requirements.

• Coordinate electrical works with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, architectural, structural, elevator, façade, interior, BMS, and other MEP systems.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment manufacturers and review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical proposals.

• Review electrical BOQs, quantities, variations, contractor claims, procurement requirements, and provide technical support for cost optimization and value engineering.

• Oversee testing and commissioning of major electrical systems and coordinate integrated testing with other building services.

• Review as-built drawings, test reports, O&M manuals, warranties, and handover documents and ensure proper completion and handover of electrical systems.
