Experience:

• At least 4 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
• Diploma in Architecture in Interior

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and 3ds Max, with strong knowledge of space planning, layout design, and 3D visualization

• Experience in client meetings, design presentations, revisions, and coordination with project teams

• Proven experience in residential and commercial interior projects, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure

• Strong creative, communication, and problem-solving skills with a professional, punctual, and responsible attitude

• Willingness to visit project sites and coordinate on-site requirements when necessary

• Create and develop interior design concepts based on project scope and client preferences

• Prepare detailed 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and necessary working drawings

• Recommend suitable materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color combinations

• Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams

• Monitor on-site execution to ensure the approved design is properly implemented

• Maintain project quality while ensuring timely completion within the allocated budget

• Present design concepts and ideas professionally to clients and handle project-related communication
