Responsibilities & Context:
* Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and construction documents.
* Develop 2D/3D plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
* Coordinate with clients, engineers, and project teams.
* Ensure compliance with BNBC and other relevant building regulations.
* Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
* Assist in project planning, budgeting, and timely execution.
* Resolve design and site-related issues as required.
