Responsibilities & Context:
Up-to-date knowledge of current market prices in Bangladesh, especially for construction materials, labor, and supplier rates.
Prepare budget/ BOQ for the project with updated & quantity.
Co-Ordinate with supply chain for procurement.
Prepare and maintain project schedule with cost estimates.
Keeping truck of project construction with estimated budget & schedule
Keep record of any changes of schedule material of design updates of the BOQ.
