Team Management, Leadership, Client Coordination & Energetic Attitude

1. Conduct field surveys using RTK GNSS, Total Station and Auto Level/Level Machine for various land, infrastructure and utility survey assignments.

2. Carry out Reconnaissance Survey to assess site conditions, existing features, survey control and potential field constraints.

3. Conduct detailed Utility Trench/Corridor Location Survey and identify the alignment, location and extent of existing/new utility corridors.

4. Collect accurate Easting, Northing and Reduced Level (RL) data using RTK GNSS, Total Station and Level instruments.

5. Conduct layer-by-layer utility data collection at specified intervals as per project requirements.

6. Survey and record the location and coordinates/RL of utility lines, pipelines, ducts, cables, pits, boxes, handholes, manholes and other connection points.

7. Establish, verify and transfer survey control from BM, TBM and other approved control points to the project work area.

8. Perform leveling work, benchmark/TBM verification and elevation transfer with proper field-book and digital records.

9. Carry out as-built survey of completed utility relocation works and collect all necessary field data for preparation of As-Built Drawings.

10. Collect sufficient survey points and cross-section data required for preparation of Plan, Cross Section and Long Section/Profile drawings.

11. Survey and record drainage lines, flow direction, utility materials and relevant site features as required by the project scope.

12. Maintain proper field books, survey notes, coordinate sheets, point lists and daily survey records.

13. Operate, check and maintain survey instruments properly, including RTK GNSS, Total Station and Level Machine, and ensure instruments are used within their required accuracy.

14. Perform field-level quality control/check survey by re-observation, independent measurements and closure checks where applicable.

15. Coordinate with Survey Team, CAD/Drafting Team, Civil Engineers, Project Engineers and Site Supervisors to ensure accurate and complete survey data.

16. Provide clear instructions to Junior Surveyors/Survey Helpers during field operations and supervise their activities.

17. Download, organize, verify and hand over survey data in appropriate formats for CAD, Civil 3D, GIS, Excel and reporting purposes.

18. Ensure proper identification, coding and systematic storage of survey points and utility data.

19. Prepare daily/weekly survey progress reports and communicate field observations, discrepancies and technical issues to the concerned Engineer/Project Management.

20. Carry out other related survey, measurement, data collection and field verification works assigned by the Project Manager/Engineer.

21. Must have practical experience in AutoCAD operation, including plotting, editing and checking survey data, preparation of survey drawings, and coordination of field survey data with CAD drawings.

22. Candidates must be capable of interpreting and preparing survey-related drawings in AutoCAD and providing accurate field data to the CAD/Design Team.
