Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.

• Candidates with relevant professional training/certification will be preferred.

• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.

• Experience in architectural consultancy, real estate, construction, or related industries will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction detailing.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and site practices.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Willingness to visit project sites when required.

Job Context

We are looking for a talented and experienced Junior Architect to join our architectural and project development team. The selected candidate will be responsible for architectural design, drawing preparation, site coordination, and ensuring projects are executed according to approved designs and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and working drawings.

• Develop design concepts and assist in architectural design development.

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for residential, commercial, and other projects.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other project teams.

• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress as required.

• Review drawings and ensure proper implementation of design specifications.

• Prepare presentation drawings, project documentation, and material specifications.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.

• Make necessary revisions to drawings based on project requirements.

• Maintain proper records of drawings and project documents.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

• Salary will be offered based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
