∎ Skills Required: 3D Design, 3D Max, 3D Modeling, Illustration, Landscape Design, Layout, Photoshop
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architecture firm, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Interior Designing, Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Interior Design
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Sketch up, Corel Draw, 3D Studio Max and Photoshop
∎ Prepare Architectural working drawings, electrical, built-in joinery, furniture and construction related drawings.
∎ Must know FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, and elevation, detailed & working drawing.
∎ 3D visualization and Material specification as per design drawing.
∎ Preparing architecture Rajuk plans, specifications.
∎ Prepare all type working drawing.
∎ Sound knowledge in residential, commercial building and Keeping a record of project properly.
∎ Prepare presentation/ technical proposal to respective clients for approval.
∎ Detailing of any layout/ design for proper estimation as well as execution.
∎ Determine project function and conceptual costing as per management demand.
∎ Organize working team for site survey and give them directions.
∎ Monitoring drawing process based on field measurement.
∎ Interact with engineers and designers to quickly and accurately create drawings during design process.
∎ Maintain drawing files and coordinate document distribution to customer, job site, and vendors.
∎ Fill in technical details using drawings, rough sketches, specifications, and calculations made by engineers and surveyors.
∎ Prepare drawings showing the detail and assembly of a wide variety of equipment and devices, indicating dimensions and other requirements.
∎ Prepare drawings used in the layout, construction, and operation of systematic processes.
∎ Follow up the project execution on regular basis (visit work-sites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans).
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
