• Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in civil construction, real estate, building projects, or related fields.

• Good understanding of structural and architectural drawings.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.

• Knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and project documentation.

• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Willingness to work at project sites as required.

Job Context

We are looking for a competent and experienced B.Sc. Civil Engineer to join our project and construction team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, reviewing technical drawings, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at project sites.

• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Review structural and civil drawings, BOQ, estimates, and technical documents.

• Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Check quantities, measurements, and work progress for contractor bills.

• Conduct site inspections and identify construction-related issues.

• Ensure proper implementation of safety standards and construction procedures.

• Assist in preparing project estimates, schedules, and material requirements.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget and quality standards.

• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, drawings, measurements, and project records.

• Identify technical problems and provide practical engineering solutions.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

• Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
