Education:

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• Age At least 20 years

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Working knowledge of Revit/BIM tools needed.

• Understanding of structural detailing and construction processes.

• Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.    

• Good communication and coordination skills.     

• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

• Prepare accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil and structural elements of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

• Develop structural drawings including foundation plans, framing layouts, slab details, reinforcement detailing, and sections.

• Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, Revit/BIM tools.

• Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure drawings reflect design requirements and project specifications.

• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other construction documentation.

• Update and revise drawings based on design changes, redlines, and site instructions.

• Maintain and organize drawing sets and ensure proper version control.

• Support BIM model development where applicable.

• Assist in extracting quantities and details from drawings/models for estimation and BOQ preparation.

• Participate in design coordination meetings and assist in resolving drawing-related discrepancies.

• Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and drawing accuracy.

• Perform other drafting and technical duties assigned by management.
