We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join the team in the role of Human Resource Management Officer for IED at at Shymoli Ring Road, Adabar Bazar Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

  • Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees

    • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

    • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

    • looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees

    • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

    • Organizing and processing employee on-boarding, off-boarding and engagement activities

    • Monitoring employees track record(s)

    • Identifying training needs within the organization

    • Coordinating, organizing and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives

    • Preparing related reports (HR/ Management)

    • Monitoring, maintaining and developing good work environment

    • Prepare HR department's budget

    • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

    • Assisting HR management team

    • Management of all confidential / Important documents of the department

    • Any other task as and when required.
