Responsibilities & Context:
Develop innovative and functional architectural designs in line with project requirements.
Prepare architectural drawings, technical drawings, layouts, and presentation materials.
Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and architectural visualizations.
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and project teams throughout the design process.
Prepare quick sketches, digital mock-ups, and visual materials to support iterative design development.
Utilize advanced design and visualization tools to develop and present architectural concepts.
Prepare engaging and cohesive presentation materials for design proposals and project submissions.
Support the development and refinement of architectural designs based on project requirements and feedback.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across drawings, models, renderings, and presentations.
Explore and utilize AI and advanced design tools where appropriate to improve design and presentation workflows.
Provide graphical and visual support to the project team as required.
Perform other architecture and design-related duties assigned by management.
