Role Description The Construction Project Director is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex construction and real estate projects. This role includes planning project scopes, schedules, and budgets; coordinating design, engineering, and construction activities; and ensuring work is executed in accordance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance. The Construction Project Director will lead cross-functional project teams, manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies, and oversee procurement and contract administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving technical and operational issues, optimizing resource allocation, and preparing timely reports and documentation for senior management. The role also involves identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, and driving continuous improvement across project execution and construction management processes.
