• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Building & Construction Materials

• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Knowledge of HT/LT systems, generators, transformers, fire alarm, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to travel frequently to project sites across Bangladesh.

• Ability to work independently and lead project teams.

• Prepare and review electrical designs and drawings.

• Supervise and monitor electrical works at project sites.

• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with BNBC and relevant electrical codes.

• Coordinate electrical works with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.

• Inspect, test, and commission electrical systems.

• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and technical reports.

• Review contractors' work and certify completed installations.

• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues.

• Ensure timely completion of electrical works within budget and schedule.

• Conduct regular project visits throughout Bangladesh and submit inspection reports.
