• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

• Must have proven experience in apartment sales within the real estate industry.

• Lead the team with full accountability and ensure team discipline.

• Setting departmental sales target.

• Ensure achievement of departmental target.

• Market analysis.

• Analysis team member’s performance and find out sustainable performer.

• Trained the team members to increase sales performance.

• Identify and create next level successor.

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly report and submit supervisor/Management.

• Projects selection with feasibility report.

• Oversee promotional activities to increase sales and branding.

• Any others task assigned by supervisor/Management.
