Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

• Conduct regular client visits to understand project requirements and identify new business opportunities.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and professional support.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.

• Promote the Company`s construction chemical products to developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and product presentations.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

• Understand client project specifications and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Coordinate with the technical team regarding product demonstrations, site inspections, and application support.

• Monitor ongoing projects and maintain close communication with project stakeholders.

• Maintain an updated customer database and CRM records.

• Prepare weekly and monthly client visit reports.

• Track sales opportunities, quotations, and project status.

• Recommend strategies to improve customer satisfaction and market penetration.
