Job Context: The Marketing Manager for Industrial Flooring Chemicals plays a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote epoxy, PU, and other industrial flooring solutions. This position bridges the gap between the technical and commercial aspects of the business — ensuring that the company’s products reach target industries such as factories, warehouses, pharmaceuticals, food processing plants, and commercial buildings. The role involves close coordination with the sales, technical, and project teams to drive growth, brand visibility, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Planning
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share in industrial flooring chemicals.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Plan and manage annual marketing budgets and campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Business Development
Identify new business opportunities and key industrial sectors for product promotion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, and industrial clients.
Support the sales team with technical and marketing materials to close leads effectively.
Product Promotion & Branding
Design and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, digital marketing, and corporate presentations.
Manage social media, website, and other digital platforms to strengthen the company’s online presence.
Develop brochures, data sheets, and visual content to highlight product features and applications.
Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to ensure accurate and updated product information.
Work closely with the project execution team to collect case studies, testimonials, and project data for marketing content.
Provide training and marketing support to sales representatives and distributors.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track marketing KPIs (leads, inquiries, conversions, reach) and report results to management.
Analyze customer feedback and market response to refine marketing strategies.
Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends to support strategic decision-making.
