Job Context:
This position offers an opportunity to support the growth of Clinova Healthcare Ltd. in the medical equipment and IVD sector. The role focuses on product development and technical sales of diagnostic equipment, including CLIA, Cell Counters, Auto Biochemistry, and ESR analyzers. The candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare institutions while identifying new market opportunities and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Developments & technical sales specially Immunology & Hematology, Auto-Biochemistry, ESR Analyzers etc.
Medical Equipment IVD sales.
Must be target-oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients (Hospitals & Healthcare institutions).
Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Market visits, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
Make presentations to the potential customers.
Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a personal service.
Prepare reports as required by management.
Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
Develop and simultaneously create the company's brand image.
Have to tour outside of Dhaka for customer visits & maintaining business meetings.
Duty Area Dhaka & Outside of Dhaka (customer visit of All Govt. & Pvt. Hospitals).
