Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Only Male
  • 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Experience in furniture, doors, interior design, construction materials, building products, paint or related industries will be highly preferred.

  • Strong network within the real estate and construction industry is an advantage.

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM or sales reporting tools.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of B2B Sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence in the market.

  3. Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the real estate, construction, commercial, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

  4. Build strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, contractors, consultants, project managers, and procurement teams.

  5. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, order confirmation, and project handover.

  6. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for management.

  7. Conduct regular field visits with the sales team to support key client meetings and project negotiations.

  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new growth opportunities.

  9. Collaborate with the production, design, and operations teams to ensure timely execution and high customer satisfaction.

  10. Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
