investment-focused real estate projects in Chattogram, combining international standards with

local market expertise.

As our portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for ambitious and results-driven sales professionals to join our expanding team.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new property sales through networking, referrals and prospecting.

• Follow up with company-generated Facebook, digital marketing and website leads.

• Conduct client meetings and property investment consultations.

• Arrange and conduct project site visits.Present project features, investment potential and payment plans.

• Build long-term relationships with investors and homebuyers.

• Negotiate and close high-value property sales.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Represent Bracken Real Estate professionally at all times.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• MBA will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 5 years of sales experience.

• Experience in real estate sales is strongly preferred.

• Candidates from banking, financial services, insurance, automobiles or luxury sales with a proven sales record are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 28–40 years.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Smart, confident and professional appearance.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).

• Driving licence and own transport will be an advantage.
