Sales experience must be healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Must be willing to travel within assigned areas.
Motorcycle driving skill with a valid license will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Visiting a specific number of doctors` chambers, aesthetic clinic and hospitals every day.
Presenting the company`s products and their efficiency to doctors.
Ensuring that doctors prescribe your company`s products.
Providing free product samples and scientific leaflets to doctors.
Checking whether pharmacies have adequate stock of your company`s products.
Listing new doctors or pharmacies that have set up practice in the local area.
Collect orders from chemist shops.
Achieve monthly & yearly sales target.
Introduce new products and promotional offers to customers.
Keeping track of information regarding the products, prices, and promotional offers of competing companies.
Collecting outstanding payments for products from pharmacies or clients on time as per company policy.
Communicating any complaints or suggestions regarding the product to the company—whether from doctors or pharmacies.
Report in writing to the company the number of doctors and pharmacies visited each day.
