Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team sales targets for real estate, elevators, solar products, and related services

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits

• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM system

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental goals

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably Marketing / Business Administration)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience

• Experience in real estate, construction materials, elevators, or solar energy will be preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

• Own motorcycle with valid driving license will be an advantage
