Responsibilities & Context:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Email, chat & online meetings.

• Understand client requirements & communicate them clearly to the production team.

• Handle client inquiries, feedback, revisions, & issue resolution.

• Manage multiple image and video post-production projects simultaneously.

• Coordinate with editors, retouchers, designers, & quality control teams.

• Create project timelines & ensure deadlines are met.

• Monitor project progress & identify potential risks or delays.

• Allocate resources efficiently to maintain productivity.

• Conduct quality checks before final delivery to clients.

• Track project budgets, scope changes, & revision requests.

• Maintain accurate project records & reporting systems.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, & other project documentation when required.

• Research & identify new targeted leads for business development.

• Maintain strong & professional relationships with international clients.
