Key Responsibilities:

·         Handle client inquiries and provide property information

·         Manage and respond to social media queries and client messages

·         Conduct cold calling to generate potential leads

·         Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships

·         Support daily business development activities

·         Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies

·         Meet Individual & team KPI

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• Experience in real estate market is preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

• Presentable, Confident and Customer- focused attitude
