Responsibilities & Context:

• Welcome and assist customers with VR rides, arcade games, and other attractions.

• Explain game procedures, ride prices, packages, and offers.

• Keep gaming equipment, rides, and surrounding areas clean and organized.

• Check the basic condition of rides and immediately report any issue to the Operation Executive.

• Ensure customers follow basic safety instructions while using the rides.

• Maintain a smart, friendly, energetic, and professional attitude.

• Stay active and attentive throughout the shift.

• Follow duty roster, working hours, grooming standards, and operational guidelines.

• Support other operational activities when required.
