Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Executive – Business Development for our Real Estate operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining client relationships, and expanding business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new sales leads for real estate projects.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and investors.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.

• Prepare business proposals, agreements, and follow-up documentation.

• Coordinate with marketing and project teams for smooth execution.

• Maintain proper database of clients and sales reports.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Ensure excellent customer service before and after sales
