Job Summary
We are looking for an active, well-groomed, and customer-friendly Sales & Delivery Executive to manage our storefront counter and handle local pickup and delivery exclusively within the Bashundhara residential area.
Key Responsibilities
Counter Sales & Service: Greet walk-in clients, receive garments and footwear, explain care services, and process billing.
Local Delivery & Pickup: Handle direct drop-offs and pickup & delivery of customer items on bicycle or via local transport within Bashundhara R/A.
Customer Support: Coordinate order statuses and handle basic inquiries via phone and messaging.
Requirements
Education: Minimum HSC / Bachelor's degree (freshers are welcome).
Location: Must be familiar with and residing in or near Bashundhara, Dhaka.
Skills: Good communication skills in Bangla, basic smartphone/computer literacy, and a polite, energetic attitude.
