Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Direct Customer Interaction & Support: Responding to Inquiries: Promptly and professionally addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Order Management: Assisting customers with over phone or online order placement, tracking shipments, providing delivery updates, and managing order modifications.
- Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: Guiding customers through the return and exchange process, processing refunds accurately and efficiently.
- Product Information: Providing accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Troubleshooting: Assisting customers with technical issues related to the e-commerce platform, account access, or payment processing.
- Problem Resolution: Effectively resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Data Management: Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
