Overall Business Supervision – Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations and ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
Department Management – Monitor Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts, Operations, and other departments to ensure proper performance and coordination.
Business Strategy Execution – Implement the CEO’s strategic decisions, business plans, policies, and growth initiatives across the organization.
Sales & Business Performance – Monitor sales targets, distributor/dealer performance, market expansion, revenue growth, and overall business results.
Team Leadership – Guide department heads, managers, and employees, set performance expectations, and ensure accountability.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Review regular departmental reports, identify problems, and present key updates, solutions, and recommendations to the CEO.
Operational Control – Ensure proper inventory, distribution, customer service, financial discipline, administrative processes, and compliance with company policies.
Management Coordination – Act as a key link between the CEO and management team, ensuring important decisions are properly communicated, implemented, and followed up.
