Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Take and confirm book orders over the phone.

• Provide accurate information about books, prices, and offers.

• Maintain customer and order information in the system.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders.

• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.

• Achieve daily/monthly call and sales targets.
