Responsibilities & Context:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote books and generate sales.
Receive, verify, and confirm book orders over the phone with accurate customer and delivery information.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
Provide clear information about book titles, prices, editions, availability, offers, and delivery.
Maintain customer and order records in CRM/Excel/Google Sheet and coordinate with the relevant team for order processing and delivery.
Achieve assigned sales and calling targets while maintaining professional communication and good customer relationships.
