1. Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities of the telesales team.

2. Monitor sales performance, call activities, customer follow-ups, and conversion rates.

3. Communicate directly with customers when necessary to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

5. Prepare and review sales performance reports and provide regular updates to management.

6. Recruit new telesales manpower, conduct initial interviews, and build a strong sales team.

7. Train and guide new team members on sales processes, communication, and company policies.

8. Monitor team attendance, call quality, work performance, and productivity.

9. Identify reasons for low sales performance and take appropriate corrective actions.

10. Motivate the telesales team and provide regular feedback to improve individual and team performance.

11. Ensure proper follow-up with potential customers and maximize sales opportunities.

12. Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth sales operation
