Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 09:00 PM
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Respond to customer queries via phone, messenger, and social media with professionalism and empathy.
Office database management.
Customer relationship management.
Attending weekly meetings with the team lead.
Following office guidelines and reporting
Assist in improving customer experience through feedback and process support.
