* Respond to customer queries via phone, messenger, and social media with professionalism and empathy.
* Office database management.
* Customer relationship management.
* Attending weekly meetings with the team lead.
* Following office guidelines and reporting.
* Assist in improving customer experience through feedback and process support.

✅ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Freshers are encouraged to apply.
* Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* Prior experience in customer support or logistics is a plus.
* Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
* Good organizational and multitasking ability.
* Familiarity with basic Google Sheets and e-commerce operations.
* A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork.
