In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and their dream spaces, managing relationships and driving sales growth.

💼 JOB OVERVIEW

• Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

• Office Location: Nikunja 2, Dhaka

• Office Timing: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

• Weekly Holiday: Friday

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, maintain, and update client records within our CRM system.

• Promptly follow up with potential leads via calls, emails, and messages.

• Understand client requirements and present appropriate interior design services/packages.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal design and project teams to ensure top-notch client satisfaction.

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales, telemarketing, or CRM. (🔥 Freshers with exceptional communication and CRM skills are highly encouraged to apply!)

• Education: No specific degree or background required. Your skills, attitude, and drive matter more than a certificate!

• Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills, a customer-centric mindset, and basic tech-savviness to handle CRM tools.

• Salary: BDT 16,000 – BDT 30,000 (Negotiable, based on skills & experience)
