About the Role

Interior Squad is seeking a versatile and creative Architect who excels in both Interior and Exterior design. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of a project—from conceptualizing stunning building facades and building envelopes to designing highly functional, premium interior spaces. You will bridge architectural structure, exterior aesthetics, and interior detailed design, ensuring a seamless flow between the outside and inside of our residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Space Planning: Create innovative architectural layouts, building facades, landscape elements, and detailed interior floor plans/elevations.

• Exterior & Facade Design: Design modern, structurally sound, and aesthetically striking building exteriors, working with materials like glass, composite panels, brick, and steel.

• Interior Detailing: Develop comprehensive interior layouts, ceiling plans, lighting designs, and customized cabinetry/joinery details.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare precise working drawings, structural/architectural coordination drawings, and production-ready detailing for site execution.

• Client Consultation: Pitch design concepts, present material boards, and guide clients through both interior and exterior material selections.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with 3D Visualizers, Structural/Project Engineers, and site supervisors to maintain design accuracy during construction.

• Site Supervision: Visit project sites periodically to ensure both exterior finishing and interior fit-outs match the approved architectural standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputable university.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience handling both architectural exterior design and premium interior projects.

• Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Related Software for 2D drafting and 3D modeling.

  • Strong knowledge of building materials, exterior facade systems, weatherproofing, and interior finishing materials.

  • Ability to translate 3D renders into detailed, practical construction drawings.

• Soft Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a keen eye for architectural aesthetics.
