Are you a persuasive communicator with a knack for turning conversations into business opportunities? Interior Squad, a leading interior design firm, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team.

### Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our interior design services.

• Understand client requirements and effectively pitch tailored interior solutions.

• Maintain and update a healthy sales pipeline and customer database.

• Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

### Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: HSC or Graduation in any discipline.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Telesales.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.

• Language Proficiency: Must speak with standard pronunciation and clarity (No regional/native accents).

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

### Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: 15,000 – 25,000 BDT per month (Based on experience)
