Responsibilities & Context:
- ক্লায়েন্টকে যথাযথভাবে বোঝানো ও পরিচালনা করা।
- মার্কেটিং কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
- প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট প্রস্তুত ও সংরক্ষণ করা।
- গ্রাহকের সমস্যার সমাধান প্রদান করা।
- ফেসবুক পেজসহ সকল সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া পরিচালনা করা।
- নিয়মিত ক্লায়েন্ট ফলো-আপ করা।
- ফাইল প্রসেসিং ও ডকুমেন্টেশন সম্পন্ন করা।
- লাইভ ও শর্ট ভিডিও তৈরি করা।
- বাজারের প্রবণতা ও প্রতিযোগীদের কার্যক্রম পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
- ক্লায়েন্ট ও এজেন্সির সঙ্গে পেশাদার ইমেইল যোগাযোগ করা।
- অফিসের প্রশাসনিক কাজ পরিচালনা করা।
