Responsibilities & Context:

Sijda Holiday is hiring two full-time Visa / Tour Counselors for its Banani office in Dhaka.

About the role
The counselor will guide clients through visa-processing requirements and tour-related services, explain documentation and timelines clearly, follow up professionally, and help clients select suitable travel options. The role requires a calm, courteous communication style and accurate record-keeping.

Key responsibilities
- Counsel clients about visa applications, required documents, expected timelines, and tour services.
- Communicate clearly by phone, online channels, and in person.
- Maintain client records, application updates, follow-up schedules, and basic office documentation.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external travel-service partners.
- Maintain Sijda Holiday's professional corporate culture and client-service standards.
- Travel with tour groups when business requirements call for it.

Candidate requirements
- Graduate in any subject.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Soft-spoken, persuasive, and professional communication.
- Strong counseling and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Knowledge of visa processing and tour-related services.
- Previous experience with visa processing, a travel agency, or overseas recruitment is an advantage, but is not required for a strong entry-level applicant.
- Willingness to travel with tour groups when needed.
