Responding to incoming & outgoing calls.
Meet the monthly sales target.
Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant information to generate interest and close sales.
Manage sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up on potential customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Provide feedback and suggestions for product and service improvements based on customer interactions and market trends.
Stay informed about competitor products, industry trends, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities.
Briefing the benefits of the respective course to the customers.
Suggest new ways to promote company offerings, create organic growth, and increase sales volumes.
